Second Floor Dormer Addition

During the home inspection phase of the purchase of this home it was found that multiple roof rafters had failed and needed to be remediated. The client instead opted to replace the original roof line with a dormer. The dormer allowed for the second floor to now include a master suite with a walk-in closet and bathroom. Additionally, the owner modified and relocated interior staircases and added a deck on the rear of the structure.
